Human Resources Mission

By applying the necessary rules of Human Rescources Management, to have a motivated, satisfied, successful and developing human resources at the company.
Determining on a Personnel Demand
Based on the company management and work procedures, the personnel demand is transmitted to Human Resources Department by the managers of the related department. The demand is immediately evaluated.
Candidate Election and Recruitment
After identifying and assessing the required personnel demand, human resources starts to search for suitable curriculum vitas. Via internet channel, job description is declared and afterwards applications are collected. Among these applications, appropriate ones to the job description are identified and invited for face-to-face interviews. After the first interview with the human resources responsible, the second one is realized with the related department manager. Finally, the references of the candidate are contacted in order to hire the personnel.
Oriantation Programme
For the new personnel, an orientation programme including a general view of our company's vision, mission, quality policy and culture is realized.
Performance Evaluations
Once a year, the personnel is evaluated whether his/her performance meets the standarts declared and appropriate for the company policies. Depending on the results, training opportunities are created to enhance his/her skills and the progress is observed. .
Training
Based on our company's goals, at the start of every year, training programmes and planned and evaluated. Our training demand analysis includes searching and organizing educational programmes which will enhance both professional and personal developments of our personnel.
